Susanna Saarinen

A native of Finland, Susanna moved to NYC in 1996 and founded Access Property Group in 2004. After operating virtually for its first nine years, the company found a home in a storefront office at 4975 Broadway in Manhattan in 2013. Following the pandemic, the real estate industry evolved significantly, making a traditional brick-and-mortar office less essential. In 2024, Access Property Group returned to a fully virtual model, allowing Susanna to continue providing the same personalized service with greater flexibility.

Susanna holds a BA in Business Administration and MA in English Language and Literature.
