As a resident in upper Manhattan, Lisa has a unique interest in real estate and architecture that spans a decade in city life and decades of suburban and country life. As a previous house flipper and restoration expert, her vast experience in buying and selling properties, seeing the potential of a structure or space, and transforming it into a home, has made her keen eye realize the connection to not just need, but directing that space to the personality of its owner. Real estate is part of Lisa’s larger business equation. Considered a “closer” and a great communicator, she has connected people with the right properties and has the focus to work through the details and hurdles to make someone’s dream home happen. In addition to her career in real estate, Lisa is a small business owner, a decorator, and an antique/vintage dealer. Her clients and customers are what matter and are number one. Sometimes it is one’s heart that attracts them to a space. Sometimes it is a change in one’s lifestyle – downsizing, a growing family, or other change. Connecting these passionate and personal variables with the customer is what is needed in buying, selling, renting or decorating a home.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications. Her experience as a small business owner and in production planning/product development for companies such as Donna Karan and Ralph Lauren helped her hone the skills to create her own continuing and growing business based on her passions for all things “home.”
Wife, mom, pet owner, and a collector of art, antiques, books, and decorative arts.
